Loooooong title we know, but it’s something that we’ve been discussing with our #UKBA19 judges this week. Over the last few years social media has risen up and become the most incredible source of content, imagery, live video etc. A lot of bloggers have utilised these platforms to grow their reach, engage with their readers and to simply create new mediums of content….but it’s also given rise to an incredible new group of content creators – Social Influencers (there’s actually a category in #UKBA19 for these people!)
So we want to talk about the connection between your blog and your social channels…because we’re curious about how, what, why and when you share and what the difference is between what you write on your blog and what you put out onto Twitter.
Q1) Is your blog still the ‘home’ of your content or do you create unique content elsewhere? #Bloghour
Q2) Do you treat your social media channels as another platform to create content or simply as a way of sharing your blog content? #Bloghour
Q3) Do you think the blogosphere is shifting to become a place where social media is the primary content creation ‘world’ and the art of blogging is dying? (We don’t by the way!) #Bloghour
Q4) What is the biggest benefit (for you) in using Social Media? #Bloghour
Q5) What is the worst part (for you) about Social Media? #Bloghour
Q6) If you could change one thing about the world of Social Media – what would it be? #Bloghour
See you tonight at 9pm!
