We really like talking about the mental health side of blogging. Being a blogger can be a lonely game, but in todays day and age it can also be a pretty cut throat, nasty one too. The rise of the online troll and the sheer competitive nature of blogging means that for some it truly can be a ‘dog eat dog’ world.

Keeping a positive attitude and not letting the knock backs effect you too much is sometimes very hard to do. Which is why we want to hear your advice, help, guidance and thoughts on how you do it. Please be open, share and you might just help someone going through a really hard time.
