You know those days (or weeks) when you’re just feeling down? You can’t energise yourself, you can’t motivate, you feel so low and perhaps a little teary. You want to be alone and the thought of ‘being on,’ feels overwhelming?

We’re not talking about an ongoing level of depression, although that is awful and we want to reach out to anyone going through this and send our love. We want to talk about those smaller ‘hits’ that come and go but really bring you down when they’re here. As a blogger, being at home alone for a lot of the time, it invites this kind of emotion. And it’s so hard to combat…especially when you’re alone!
