Mind the Brain

Blog Overview

In 2014 I started my blog. I had wanted to find an outlet where I could write down thoughts on neuroscience-based topics, and provide a platform for further discussion with others. I hoped to improve my writing skills, but also keep up to date with recent innovations in the scientific world. Two years ago I decided writing a blog would be a good way to do this, and have been regularly posting ever since! I have since built up a strong readership, and seriously appreciate any comments, likes or shares on any of my posts. I recently worked with readers to create a series of blog posts that contributed to part of my university course. I am still as interested as ever to learn more about the brain, and I hope just one person who has read any of my posts in the last two years might be inspired and feel the same way! In the future I hope to enter the field of medical/science communications. I hope you enjoy my blog!

Why Vote For Me?

My original plan for starting this blog was basically to use it as a way to keep up with neuroscience news stories, whilst also being able to practice my writing skills. I am so glad I followed through and made this blog - I now feel like this blog is a great way to talk openly with readers about neuroscience-based topics, in a familiar and accessible way! I am so grateful to anyone who's taken the time to read my blog. I am still as interested as ever to learn more about the brain, and I hope just one person who has read any of my posts in the last two years might be inspired and feel the same way!
