#BlogHour: Blog for thought at the end of 2014 | Tuesday 16th December 2014

After months of entries, voting and waiting, the shortlisted for the National UK Blog Awards 2015 has been announced. If you missed the announcement and are interested in reading some fab industry Blogs, please click .

This weeks  will be the final one of 2014. With the Xmas and New Year period approaching quickly we do not want to encroach on the festive celebrations and lets face it, it may not be a bad idea to turn off from Social Media for a few to enjoy the festivities!

However, we hope you can join us tomorrow from 9-10pm via  our  Twitter platform from 9-10pm.

If you are a regular to #BlogHour, you will be more than aware that this is a great opportunity to encourage Social Media debate, whilst sharing your individual and company Blog posts and meeting like-minded peers! And if you are new, even better, you are about to be introduced to a great networking hour.

The questions for discussion include:

Q1> Can new Bloggers build up their FB follows & other social media networks without giveaways? via

Q2> There have been different types of Blogs shortlisted for #UKBA15. What is your definition of a true Blog?

Q3> Can anyone recommend good web designers and hosting sites, as well as any tips when going self hosted?  via

Q4> users takes over 300million users. We questions, are pictures better than words?

Q5> Is Blogging overloading the WWW? Do we need to consider the content that is posted via Blogs to be quality rather than quantity?

Q6> When Blogging, which tools and systems do you rely on? Are there programmes that you can't live without?
