What Will I Gain From The Internship?

The internship

The intern will work from the comfort of their own home to enable flexibility in the right candidate being selected for a period of 3 months. This internship is unpaid, but will provide you with bags of social media, blogging and marketing experience. The role can be as exciting as you want it to be. There are two candidate roles available and we want someone who thinks outside of the box.
Bonus: You will have the opportunity to attend all events that we run with brands for 12 months and attend the UK Blog Awards 2017 on the 21st April 2017.

The Role

> Assist in developing and managing the UKBA17 and UK Blog Relations social media strategy. You will have your own opportunity to gain insight into the UK Blog Awards and UK Blog Relations process and put your own stamp on the campaign.  

> Support daily handling of social media accounts, namely Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, through consistent posts and interactions

> Creatively develop Instagram content

> Interact with followers

> Developing and creating blog content. This will assist your content marketing development, we will coach and develop your writing skills which will not only assist with your career development but also your own Blog

> Support in increasing traffic to the site

> Develop ideas and a newsletter marketing plan. As well as supporting the development of content

> Spreadsheet management. Research companies and influencers and connect and develop conversations

Required skills:

> Should be studying or have an interest in social media, graphic design, marketing and seo

> Own a computer and have solid understating of Microsoft

> A creative flair with attention to detail

> Self-motivated alongside initiative

> Organised. Proven ability in managing daily work load.

> Excellent spoken and written English
